Refund Policy
Effective date: 27 August 2026
We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than argue with them. The rules below are the floor, not the ceiling.
Annual plans — 30-day refund
If your organisation buys an annual subscription and tells us within 30 days that it is not right, we refund it in full. No conditions about how much you used it.
After 30 days an annual subscription is not refunded by default, but see below.
Monthly plans — cancel any time
Cancel and the subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no partial-month refund, and no cancellation fee.
You do not need to talk to anyone to cancel — it is a button in billing settings — and we do not make you sit through a retention flow.
Purchase orders and invoices
Where a subscription was invoiced against a purchase order rather than paid by card, the same rules apply and a refund is issued as a credit or a cheque, as your organisation's finance office prefers.
When we refund regardless
- You were charged after cancelling. Refunded in full, always.
- The product did not do what this website said it does. If we described something inaccurately, that is our error, and the period is refunded.
- An extended outage. If AssetLink was unavailable for a meaningful stretch of a billing period, tell us and we will credit or refund it.
- A duplicate or clearly mistaken charge. Refunded.
How to cancel
Sign in, open billing settings, and cancel. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which your data is retained under Terms §12.
How refunds are issued
Card refunds go back to the card used, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on the bank. Invoiced subscriptions are refunded by credit or cheque.
