Roads
Road work orders whose extent is drawn on the map — a point, a stretch, several stretches or an area. Street names resolve automatically. No centerline layer to maintain, and deliberately not a pavement-management system.

Work orders and inspections are not inside a product.
They sit above all four. One work order can attach a sign, its post and two streets, because that is one afternoon of work. You are never asked to decide which module the day belonged to, and you never write the same job down twice.
Inspections work the same way, with one exception worth naming: Roads has no inspection workflow. Signs are inspected for retroreflectivity, water for valve and hydrant condition, sewer for structural condition. Road condition scoring is a different discipline, so rather than ship a tab that never fills up, we left it out.
